Ya’ll, I am SO obsessed with this black strapless dress from Forever 21. I just bought it about 2 weeks ago, and I’ve already worn it on 3 separate occasions. I must confess that I also bought it in white because I loved the material and the length so much. Being only 5’0” I ALWAYS have the hardest time finding pants, skirts, and dresses that aren’t too long. Most of the time I have to get things hemmed. So, when I tried this item on I was immediately excited that I wouldn’t have to make another trip to my seamstress. Bottom line, this dress is a must have!
